Felt or biro on doll?

Options
Hi

I'm sure there was a post on this a while ago, but I can't for the life of me find it.

Does anyone know how I can get either felt tip or biro ink of a doll?

I am going crazy here and the poor doll is probably going to fall apart with all the differant chemicals I have tried.

Thanks in advance.

Try hair spray. Spray on, wipe off.

Otherwise, check the MEGA Index from our Indexed Collections sticky and look for other biro disasters.

    :)

I've had good success with nail varnish remover on a cotton wool pad in these circumstances

    Have you tried bleach?

Thanks for your replies, but nothing has worked yet.

I have just read that Oxy10, the spot cream will work if I place some of it on the doll and then place it under a lamp for a minimum of 2 hours?

Apparantly the benzoyl peroxide (10%) is the secret here, also something else along these lines containing salicylic acid (2 %).

I will try both nail varnish remover and bleach as I have no acne products :(

Just waiting to see if shaving foam works???????

Usually though, I don't have much luck with these, I always manage to strip a layer of paint off, and totally ruin things.

    Good Morning!:)
Has anyone got any tips about getting biro off of a 'Baby Annabel's' face?
I've tried Cif, bleach and Stardrops but it hasn't even faded!
    All suggestions gratefully received.
