How to find superfast broadband nearby?

I live rurally with no chance of fibre or even adsl 1 in the next century, so am thinking of renting space in the nearest big town just to get access to bt infinity or similar.
It's bank hol atm and no on is on the phones, and i'm drawing a blank looking online. All i want to know is if there's a way i can pinpoint what areas closest to me already have bt infinity/ superfast broadband fibres/ connection?

Get the postcode of the area(s) you are interested in moving to (ie,the address where you want to rent space) and put it into the link below,that'll tell you the speeds available for the various services (the blue link at the bottom of the page with the arrow);

For my home,I get;For Telephone Number 1234567890 on Exchange XXXXXXXXXX
Your exchange is ADSL enabled, and our initial test on your line indicates that your line should be able to have an ADSL broadband service that provides a fixed line speed up to 2Mbps.
Our test also indicates that your line currently supports an estimated ADSL Max broadband line speed of 8Mbps; typically the line speed would range between 7Mbps and 8Mbps.
Our test also indicates that your line currently supports an estimated ADSL2+ broadband line speed of 8Mbps; typically the line speed would range between 5.5Mbps and 12.5Mbps. Our test also indicates that your line could support an estimated ADSL 2+ Annex-M broadband upstream line speed of 1Mbps and downstream line speed of 8Mbps; typically the downstream speed would range between 5.5Mbps and 12.5Mbps.
Our test also indicates that your line currently supports a fibre technology with an estimated WBC FTTC Broadband where consumers have received downstream line speed of 59.6Mbps and upstream line speed of 20Mbps.0
