Generally if you want to cancel a mobile contract during the term you have to pay it off but not sure whether you could argue you were not responsible due to your condition and have them written off.
Going bankrupt unless you have other troubles is likely to cause you more problems.Interests: PCs. servers, networks, mobiles and music (esp. trance)0 -

If you have medical proof that you are I'll. Then you should have a good chance of cancelling the contracts. The chances are you would have to return the phones to the networks. I don't have the details to hand. But if you would like me to PM the information over to you later just let me know.0

Ok which networks are you with ? How long do you have left to run on the contracts ? The other option open to the network is to close your accounts and default your credit file. But not chase you for the outstanding amounts.
I helped a old friend who had a problem last year. This is how I still have the relevant department details.0 -
Theyre with o2. theres 18 months left on them.0

PM sent.
If you want to check any of the details. Give O2 a call and ask for their bereavement /long term illness drpt.0 -
What's a dept? I'll read the pm in a bit. They'll prob require me to send the phones back though won't they?0

Only O2 will be able to tell you what they want.if you can, give customer services a call and ask for the bereavement department. They will be able to advise you from there.0
