I have option 2 BT broadband and was wondering if the data that I upload to the internet goes towards my download limit?

If you have separate download and upload limits I wouldn't think so. However if everything is lumped together as a 'usage' limit then that applies to both downloads and uploads, which of course includes data going to and from your ISP during normal web browsing.0

this is a program that will monitor your upload/download and show usage.
