Getting broadband connection with bad credit

I apologise if the is already a thread for this, but searching turned up nil.
I'm in the process of having to move into new accommodation after always living with my parents due to debts i've had and not being able to afford living costs independently being a single parent. My remaining living parent has to go into a care facility due to medical reasons, and in turn this means i will be moving into council property with my daughter but this means i can only afford rent/living costs or paying off the remainder of my debts. I can not possibly do both much to my regret.
My question is, at the moment my credit score is good, as i always make my payments, but very shortly i will have to skip the monthly repayments due to my moving and having to pay rent. Will i be able to get broadband connection as my daughter is in her GCSE years and relys on the internet for study purposes. I'm freaking out worrying if her education is going to suffer due to my own financial downfall.

The only ISP that would cause problems would be VM,They do credit checks & you may have to pay a deposit.Other ISP's you pay a month in advance iirc. And I have bad credit after redundency & didn't have any problems getting broadband with O2,and last year home phone with them as well.

Thank you for taking the time to reply, i actually am with VM currently so i'm presuming it'll be a no go when the time comes.

If you have been with them for a while, paid your bills on time mostly, then you'll have built up a sort of trust rating with them so assuming you stay with VM for the broadband then the shouldn't be any problem adding broadband to your package.
Heck, when I worked for NTL/VM as an engineer,I was constantly reconnecting customers who'd been cut off for non payment.

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
