New Oil Tank

I may need a new oil tank:(. I know this will cost around £1000, but I'm unsure the cost of installation. ie. regs now require a proper base to be put down. Has anyone experience of this. I remember there was a website that allowed you to look up costs of trade jobs, based on p[eoples experience, but I've forgotten its name.
