And a pic of this sign, as well if you were parked at the rear the whole width looks like a adopted road to me, they may have clamped you on the highway.

I get no licence found for 0230014905589563.

    Maybe the OP mis-typed it.

Pepipoo is the place for you to start a new topic with a picture of the signs and the receipt. Like in this case where there's good advice so far:

    http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=69864

This one is a bit different as it's a block of flats but there's a good succinct letter before action on there which can be used for DFS and the clampers.

Post here, this is the current thread list, LOADS of clamping reclaim cases:

    http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=60

HTH - would not recommend a template letter as they are not right. For instance the example you showed in your first post above, that's not quite right either as you shouldn't be using 'proper' Council PCN appeal phrases like 'the contravention did not occur'. There is no 'contravention' as this isn't some kind of local authority. Also you should never let a scammer like a clamper have your real signature - although I suppose you had to sign the receipt? (Squiggle a fake signature if asked).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    where they !
"where they" are on here as well, plus they banned a few of the "legal experts" when they pointed out a error in law of the advice they were giving out, they changed the advice but banned those pointing it out ? funny set up leaving the forum with more opinionated trolls than this one.

These people operated around Cross Green in Leeds, they were severely beaten up by a gang of travellers, almost to the point of death along with anyone else sticking their nose in and were never heard of again, I wondered where they would wash up, One of them is called Gordon Hales I think , they use decoy vehicles parked up and then use the decoy to block people in .

Before firing off the standard sue land owner advice, you need to contact the land regsitry and see if the rear of reed street is an adopted road and if they have clamped you on public land, I would also fire in a complaint to the SIA that you believe the badge number to be false and ask them to investigate that this is indeed the person who took your £90, that needs to be established, once these have been so you will be in posseion of the Landowners details if it is private land and can commence action over the woefully inadquate signs.

    OP,

Post #20 is not normal advice on this site. Vax and the others are worth taking advice from.
