Incorrect charges on Mobile Bill, Not what I signed up for. Can I use this to cancel?

Just been looking at my mobile phone bills, which I should have got round to earlier! Noticed I have been wrongly charged for the last 5 months since new contract started and was wondering if this was a breach of contract and a legitimate reason to get out of it.

Signed up for a contract with orange via Phones 4 U and was told I would be getting a monthly airtime credit of £7.50 per month to bring the cost of the tarriff down. Having looked at my bills the only crfedit that appears to be on the bill is a 3rd party credit of £5.00.

Was just wondering where I stand and also would it be better to contacty Orange or Phones 4 U?

Any help would be appreciated.

p4u promised you the credit, so it's they who has to sort this out if you can prove this.

Thanks for that but is this a breach of contract as I have the signed agreement stating this or are they only obliged to credit the difference for the mistake?

It will be a breach of contract if you tell them about the error and they refuse/fail to correct it. And as your main contract is with Orange, I think the maximum you can claim from p4u is the amount of the credit.
