Please beaware, that Creation / sygma have not got rid of their retention team. You wont get offered any deal which wasnt normaly offered. sounds like they are 100% cutting back
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Confusing. Perhaps you meant:
"Sygma have NOW got rid of their retention team."
They offered me 6 month 0% for purchases at the end of April when I wanted to close it, but perhaps didn't really like my profile as they now want to increase the standard APR on it.Enjoy the silence...0 -
They increased my Flybe to 22.9% last year hardly a difference I know but it's the principle of it, luckily had a small balance and got shot of this very strange outfit with their 1986 banking system which was about as reliable as my talbot sunbeam I had when I left school.0

1986 banking system?
I just closed my Flybe card (left it open but empty for ages) and they just cancelled it there and then with zero fuss. I was hoping for a 0% offer but I genuinely wanted to cancel so no big deal.0 -

I wonder if they are doing this en mass? Theybapproved me for a Creation card with 0% balance transfer for 17 months and £3,000 limit last Tuesday with 16.9% standard rate and then wrote to me a few days later to say they are increasing my MyWorld APR to 24.9%... odd so I thought.
Didn't care as that card has had a zero balance for ages anyway so I just closed it (in fact I thought I had closed it already... guess they hadn't actioned my request)...
...perhaps they want rid of the legacy account holders?Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

I have been with them since when you started iztools, started with the flybe then got silver, binned silver after a year then got the creation card. Called them up now before when I wanted to cancel the silver I got transfered to try and get me to stay. now the person said they dont bother nowDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. Yep, same. I've had a few repeat offers on my MyWorld card not to mention a plethora of limit uplifts since I opened the account but when I called them about rejecting the APR hike the girl couldn't say "You're account has been closed" fast enough. It was almost as if they'd been given specific instruction to try not to retain any customers.Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

As for me can't really complain...I still keep receiving regular offers from them for my Flybe card generally 0% for 9 months on either a balance transfer or money transfer.0
