  • Phoned up to ask if they had existing customer offers only about a month ago, that about a month after paying off the 0% balance I'd had for 17 months, when they said no I asked to close it, but then when put through to the retention team they offered me 12 months at 0%.

So... it's changed in the last month or YMMV?

(P.S. FWIW, my APR got jacked up too recently. But since it's a 0% offer, I don't care)

My apr is 18.9, and I dont keep any balances on the cards
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

They increased our limit 2 weeks ago (Flybe) to £5500 with 0% for 9 months on balance transfer at 1.5% fee. Our rate is 17.9% APR.

No balance on it. Use it a few times through the month but always paid in full.

Im sure the offer said I was on a current 17.9% APR. Maybe it is 18.9% but pretty sure it was 17.9%. We've been with them for 3-4 years now.
