Advice Needed on BT reconnection

Hi all.

Considering making a stressful move to an old warehouse in the near future. Now I'm going to have to pay for reconnection etc so was just wondering what the best deal was really as it seems sticking with BT may work out cheaper with the discount. Just a couple of questions really.

1) Is there a way to book reconnection online?

2) Is line rental included in other providers?

Weirdly I do live quite close to the warehouse so I'm hoping it can be connected up to fibre optic like us rather than a phone line

You can book a connection online with BT, but the cost is the same. The price quotel will always be the maximum for installation, but if there is a servicible line there, the installation cost will be reduced or could possibly be free. Make sure you log in as an existing customer, so that you can benefit from any free install offer.

Lastly, nobody gets Fibre connections - it is all copper. You've fallen for the marketing hype. Only a few developmental areas got a fibre connection, and is the exception rather than the rule due to cost.
