Selling Easyjet flight tickets on eBay - how?

I bought a return flight with Easyjet for September and due to changed plans, the flights are not required. I cannot get a refund so was thinking about selling them on eBay.
How does it work with regards to changing the named traveller details?
Can my Easyjet on-line account details/boarding pass be changed to the new winning bidder?
It's all about logisitics.

I don't think you can. Think you have to be a registered travel agent to sell flights and holidays on eBay.

Even if you could there's little point, as you'd have to pay the name change fee of £35 plus any fare difference between the original cost and the cost of the flight today.

When doing the name changes they'll charge admins fees and the difference in fare (at current prices), so I doubt it's financially worth doing - they've intentionally made it so that reselling flights isn't worthwhile.

Ebay will not let you list them unless you are a travel agent. As others have said there is no benefit to do this due to the fees involved to change names.

example, you bought flights for £50 and they are now £80.
Fees to change name would be £35 plus £30 so £65 so if you want to try and get your £50 back then they would be paying £115 for something that they can buy for £80

Best you can hope for is a refund of taxes

My tickets were £165, even with the admin fee, surely I can get some money back from this?

what is the current price of the same tickets? then do the maths including the £35 name change fee and difference in fare

And then bear in mind that in order to make it worthwhile, any buyer will expect a substantial discount on what they could pay booking directly via easyJet.

I honestly doubt it'll be worth it!

totally agree, I think if I was a buyer I would be looking to buy from the airline direct and not some small ad
OP have you looked into how much you would get back on the taxes?
