Boots Jubilee event

I wonder if anyone can help me - I might just be being stupid/tired on a Friday evening! On Monday 4th June (which I thought was within the Jubilee Event period) I spent £44.90 in a Boots store in Edinburgh on a No. 7 offer that was on a 'Buy 3, Pay for 2' offer. I also had a 500 points coupon and a 300 points coupon. The 'Advantage Card Statement' on the bottom of my receipt reads:

Points Received: 88
Points Event: 132
Points Coupon Offer: 800

I know that the 800 points comes from the 2 coupons but I can't work out the other two numbers (88 and 132). At first I thought that it might be because the Jubilee Event did not apply to Scotland, but the receipt does state 'Points Event'.

Am I being thick?

If you are being thick then so am I.

I cannot see where those points come from either.

I spent £54 and got 540 points. On a spend of £44 you should have received 440 points. Even going by the normal points and not the Jubilee event you would have got 176.

I would take it up with them.

Thanks for that Poppyoscar - I just needed someone to confirm my thoughts. I have now phoned the Advantage Card Team and they confirmed that 220 points were missing (but couldn't tell me why!) and so have said they will now add them. I really should check my receipt at the time but I was rushing off to something and only checked through all my recipts last night.
