Boots Jubilee event

Just been onto Boots.com and they're running a Jubilee points event, looks like it's worth stocking up on the essentials.
The threshold online looks like £50 but I think the in store threshold is £15.
My wife will be really happy, she just loves her points, Boots, Sainsburys, Tesco, it really doesn't matter :j

The email I received states that you receive £10 points for every £1. Sounds fabulous, but a typo I expect - damn those random extra £ signs!0

I know, I wasnt serious...but thanks anyway. Imagine someone at Boots will be a little red faced when the error is spotted.0 -

I bought some aftershave this morning and after using the current £5 voucher, the total came to just under £15. It wasn't until I was walking out of the store that I saw the posters about the extra points on a £15 spend. So I went back to the till, told them why I wanted to return it & then re-bought it with a pack of menthol sweets.
I'm surprised they didn't tell me at the perfume counter.0 -
They should definitely have told you, staff are obviously meant to promote it as much as possible!
I'm glad I'm off work, as much as I love the extra points, I just hate blowing up all those pink balloons

And thanks to Ginger Poodle - I had the email but just glanced at it as I was aware of the promotion already, but was confused when I got the apology one. even looking back at the first one, looking for a mistake - I didn't notice it! Would have known straight away it was a typo - Boots would never be that generous!!Half of November Make £10 a Day Challenge: £51/ £1700

There is also a code for 10%(on Topcashback) when you spend £60 which works with the extra points - So got 10% off extra points and cashback. Very pleased.
Thanks OP.0 -
Does anyone know if this would combine with a double points voucher?0
