:bdaycake: Happy Birthday to one of the nicest posters on MSE, Willowbee.

Nothing on the toiletries front to report, other than I've finished the first 5 day trial of the mystery shower gels.

Now for Gel 2, which, on reading the label, has no natural ingredients whatsoever, other than water. Good job I don't have allergies.

Doing well on trials, I have four weeks' supply of laundry product (I have to be vague for obvious reasons) coming in a week or so. Yippee! That will save me a canny sum.

Rosemary, huge hugs. I hope you find lots to enjoy in the things you do this weekend.

BTW, we got missed out, more or less, in the awful weather across the North East region, as we are in the Pennine rain-shadow. Glad you were OK too, SuiDreams.

    Happy birthday Willowbee :bdaycake:

Nearly there Valm - what a great achievement!

Looking forward to having two days off work ( well I am on call tomorrow but should need to do much). Work has been hectic with lots of staff off sick.

Sorry to hear about the tough time you are having Rosemary. I hope your dancing tonight gives you a bit of break and some enjoyment.

I can't remember who had commented on the repackaged No 7 wipes but I have to agree. These are definitely thinner and rougher than the ones before the "repackaging". Really not liking them and will never buy them at the full price. Even at £2 with the voucher I don't think they are now worth it.

I can't see me with any more UUs for June.

The Simple eye makeup remover has been getting panned here in Canada as well. It's been in our Glossy Boxes and TopBox over the last couple of months. People are saying it just can't take off waterproof mascara (never use the stuff myself).

Just a flying visit to say hello to all- i'll have to do a proper catch up tomorrow/sunday as I have a busy day at work.

Not long back from Berlin so I have a few outs:
Vaseline clean feeling body lotion- 50ml- it's quite nice but their are better body lotions out there. Nice and light though, but i need a richer texture

The Sanctuary bath soak- I would love to buy this again, yummy.

The Sanctuary cuticle oil- WBA as it's very MSE and it takes forever to use up- have another one waiting to be used.

Thanks for this recommendation. I am going to need some new cuticle oil soon as my mini bottle of Avoplex is nearly gone. Annoyingly though now I can't brush it on any more and have resorted to tipping it out into my hand to apply. Last night I tipped way too much out and ended up rubbing it into Emma's feet as well. Also annoyingly I did have a small tub of LE Superbalm that I was going to use on my cuticles but can't find it anywhere. I know I took it out of my stash drawer and put it on my dressing table but now it's gone. Will have another search before a purchase though.

After my post last night I had another UU: L'Oreal eye make up remover. Have another in stash. Looked back as to when I got these and it was March so a bottle is lasting me 3 months. So no need to repurchase this in July.

Am planning on buying a bottle of Cutex nail lacquer remover from Sainsburys today as my OPI one is probably down to its last application. Repainted my nails last night and am wearing $OPI I'm With Brad.

Did buy something from the Q last night but not beauty wise - bought a pair of Kirks Folly earrings for Emma to be part of her birthday present next month.

So, here's break down of my INs and OUTs during my cold turkey month:-

    UU:-
VO5 Give me Moisture shampoo - replaced (see below)
50ml Boots Extracts Cocoa Butter body butter - last sweet smelling lotion that I have. Am looking to replace at TBS Cheshire Oaks tomorrow
50ml Boots Extracts Mango body butter - replaced by Good Works body oil from stash
15ml Elemis Foot Cream - not replaced
Philosophy Harvest Spice - not replaced - will try to though when the autumnal fragrances are released
Cutex nail lacquer remover - will replace after UU of OPI 60ml
L’Occitane Verbena liquid soap - replaced - down to last bottle of liquid soap in stash
30ml Elemis PCMC - replaced by MrM
59ml Spackle - replaced from stash
Elemis Tri-Enzyme cleanser - replaced with Balance Lime Cleanser from stash
V05 Give me Moisture shampoo - replaced (see below)
L’Oreal eye make up remover - replaced from stash

    INS:
VO5 Give me Moisture shampoo x 2 BOGOF
    V05 Give me Moisture conditioner
    Pro-Collagen Marine Cream 30ml
    Pro-Collagen Eye Renewal 15ml
    Pro-Collagen Quartz Lift Serum 10ml

The only INs that can be considered unnecessary as I have some in stash already are the Eye Renewal (have a Vit E eye cream on the go and 4 x eye serums (all minis - Clinqiue and 3 x Origins) in stash and also have another Quartz Lift Serum in stash). However the Elemis kit was a gift from MrM so it's still a no spend for me.

Have a lovely weekend folks. I'm off to work in a few hours' time.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!
