Hi, I recently sold a brand new and unopened cosmetic item (purchased from an authorised seller of the brand). Thank you so much for all the replies - I have already offered her a full refund - I suspect you're right about the air thing - I suppose the tube could look big for the amount of ml offered if you havent bought it before (size in ml was clearly stated in the auction). Disappointing all the same
