I am considering signing upto this service, but have a query. This service comes at a cost of £22.99 per month (for the first 3 months). Do I have to include my existing line rental (approx. £11 per month) or is this included in the £22.99 a month?
I have had a brief look on their website, but can't work it out. If I sign up would I pay around £33.99 a month for broadband and phone line rental? If this is the case I may sign up for Vodafone at Home, for £25 a month!
Any views on this welcome!

Line rental is on top of broadband charge... So yes, around £34 however after 3 months option 3 will go up to £26.99 + £11.00 line rental (£37.99) + Calls...
Terms say:
New customers only. Excludes upgrades/regrades. Introductory price achieved via credit on your first bill. (On a 12 month term: £15 for Option 1, £24 for Option 2 and £12 for Option 3. On a 18 month term: £48.24 for Option 1, £48 for Option 2 and £24 for Option 3). Requires BT line/similar and payment by Direct Debit. BT Broadband is subject to availability and conditions apply.0 -
This may just be me but i've just signed up to this service as a new customer, and i'm not happy. I'm only recieving speeds close to the advertised 8 MB in the dead of night (like now). During the day i'm pretty much getting dial up speeds. Only had it a couple of days but I think i'm going to cancel it.0

it takes at least 10 days for the broadband speeds to settle down... it will most likely speed up at night, as there are fewer people up then on your local exchange, and it is advertised as 'up to 8Mb'0
