I renewed on the 24th and the provisional award is dated the 28th? So im even more confused now! I will have to call them,

On the provisional it also says the amounts are estimates but when I called I give them my actual figure. I might just leave it another week and see if anything else comes through post, sometimes calling can confuse things even further.0
