Only wish I had seen these threads earlier.Just got ripped off for £86 for camera
that never arrived.Feel such a fool that I got taken in by this so called company.
Still I;ve learned a lesson.the hard way

Hi all - Well done and thank you to those who have admitted to being scammed by these despicable individuals. Reading all this on a rainy morning and realising I won't be seeing the surround sound system I ordered and paid for which was due to arrive today, nor am I likely to see the £249 I paid for it. Lesson learned and it won't happen again.

Is there any way to get the money back? I've never been scammed before and I feel like I've had a real kick in the balls and paid for the privilege. Hopefully that old saying "What goes around - comes around" is true and the filthy culprits will get what they deserve.

I got scammed for 150 for a dvd recorder. As has been said, seemed too good to be true! Lesson well and truly learned.

Question is, what comeback do I have from paypoint? From their website they seem like a reputable outfit, but they dont seem to provide any direct payment protection. They just refer you back to the paypoint agent (the Post Office in my case)

Surely Paypoint must bear some responsibility here??

Any thoughts?

me too im afraid!! i paid £124 for an archos 7 320gb which never arrived and paid for via pay point from my local co op.

i paid via my credit card, am i covered by my credit card?
