They don't always offer it, but every customer service area should have the policy sign which says "in the unlikely event we make a mistake we will give you double the difference.[STRIKE][/STRIKE][STRIKE]3 months and counting till I'll completely debt free![[/STRIKE]/FONT] :j :T :jDebt free since May!!!!:j0

Yep when offered simply the difference just say 'shouldn't it be dtd?' if they don't agree straight away as the previous post says at the bottom of the big customer service sign it says 'if things don't add up' and 'if you are charged more than the price on the item or shelf you will be given dtd'.
It isn't often that cs don't offer dtd without being asked or don't offer it straight away when reminded.
Yes there are some awkward cs staff out there that seem believe dtd comes directly from their pocket but they are the minority.0 -
Been to Tescos today and had a look at Customer Services for a sign about DTD but couldn't see anything. There was so many A4 sheets of paper stuck around about various stuff and a big notice saying about what to about returning electrical items and stuff but I couldn't see anything saying about DTD!
Will have another look next time.0 -
