    i used to use a mobile hairdresser who was late all the time and most of the time didnt even bother phoning to say she was going to be late
    after she let me down for a hair cut for a big night out i stopped using her

    i think if you are a mobile business you need to think about travelling times between appointments before accepting the business and building a little bit of leeway for potential traffic problems
