10,000 tenants behind with their rents

Which made up numbers?
The point is you cant trust any numbers released especially the official ones.
You can just go on what the market is looking like. Nobody is smarter than the market.
The 'market' is represented as a number
be it sales, average sale price, change in sale price etc. I'll trust numbers, especially official ones, especially when compared to unsubstantiated rambles.
It's incredibly naive to think that even if there were more renters (which there aren't), and they were more likely to vote (they aren't), and the price of houses was their key issue when choosing who to vote for (it probably isn't) and that actual action to lower prices, rather than statements implying a party wants to, are required (clearly not).Having a signature removed for mentioning the removal of a previous signature. More than 10,000 tenants contacted the Consumer Credit Counselling Service in the last 12 months – a rise of 27 per cent on the previous year.
On average, tenants were £760 in arrears and regularly left with a disposable income of just £35 a month after paying all their bills.
So this was back in 2012. Any numbers for the end of 2014?0 -

Its very interesting actually, there seems to be no data anywhere.
Maybe Im looking in the rwrong places?
But there seems to be a relaionship between tenants behind with the rents and numbers of people looking for help at food banks, and the foodban numbers are sky high..........0 -

Are you saying when interest rates start to go back up, and the selling starts it will turn into a selling stampede? The thing about chaos is, it's fair.0 -

This makes a lot of sense, it would stop parties buying votes with promises of more benefits.Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017
