The rich property owners want to vote tory and the poor renters want to vote labour. I wonder which will have the greater numbers by the time voting comes around?

I'm sure Nigel will sort this one out. Let's get back to the sanity of old, where only male property owners are allowed to vote.

All this talk of solving the UK uncontrollable debt is rubbish.

It will keep growing you see, its all B.S talk the debt has to keep growing.

the number of people struggling to pay their rents will keep growing even more.

The tory party will only stay if they do something to please renters which now make up the majority of the voters. One way or anyother property will come down.

The party who says they will do this will get the most votes. Its the free market working itself out.

    Hmmm,
Do you have a stat to show there are more renters than owner occupiers?

Last I checked Owner Occupiers still outweighed renters

depends which numbers you use. If you count all the foriegn owners then there are more owners, btu if you look at the situation in most place, renters are now the largest group of voters the politians are after.

But not all home owners want rampant HPI to price out the future generations.

So to say being an owner or not will make you vote one way or the other is a bit out I would say.

    Which made up numbers?

The point is you cant trust any numbers released especially the official ones.

You can just go on what the market is looking like. Nobody is smarter than the market.

Plus households does not necessarily equal voters, especially when you can expect there to be differences in people per household in rented versus owned homes.
All I seem to hear is blah blah blah!
