Where are the Euro Cash Points in London?

Apologies, I also posted this in the banking forum. Please only reply to whichever is appropriate!

Hi, can anyone tell me exactly where are there Euro cash points in London? Specifically ones that will withdraw from my Citi card linked to my Citi EUR current account in Euros, with no conversions to/from GBP or whatever, no fees, etc.

I have read something about a NatWest cash point near Liverpool Street station somewhere? Does this still exist? Where is it exactly? That is where I work so would be convenient...

Thanks - I saw that one a while back, but I think all that info is a bit outdated now? Is "Raphaels" still the best/only option, or is it even still around?

* So strange - if you search for Natwest on google maps, that one doesn't show up - that's why I was having difficulty finding it!
