puts another viewpoint over anyway.
At least you've heard some good news this week Perky, about the scrapage of adding Vat onto Greggs products.
Should save you some much needed pennies0 -
The contract proves what we have always known, item 15: The company shall not refund any parking charge.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Look at item 14:
"Yes we will cancel the ticket if the client tells us to, but they will have to pay us £50 to do so"0 -
Is that a penalty charge then?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Not quite. If cancelled within 14 days, no charge, 14-21 days client pays £20, more than 21 days client pays full cost of ticket. So the client has to act fast. But I wonder where the hapless motorist is directed to send their initial apppeal to, the client or the company? if the latter by not reacting quickly financial pressure could be applied on the client not to cancel."You should know not to believe everything in media & polls by now !"

Says it all really.
I wonder how they will try and claim the money back from the client if they refuse to pay the charges.0 -
Perky will be going absolutely mad kicking empty cans of Skol round his bedsit as he knows the scam game which PPC's use to extort money out of people with their outright lies is now up.
Perky, you have lost and lost big time. You cannot fine anyone so just get that fact into your big fat head. Imbecile.0 -
