couldnt pay with clubcard Plus on line (i assume double points for clubcard are only against the original price not the 500?), but managed to pay on the phone for this one using clubcard plus. Great deal! Thanks to original poster0

I dont understand, I have £22.50 worth of vouchers, but they wont accept any of them.
Do I have to do something to join up with the deals???
Lynwen xx0 -
Whilst you can use your vouchers to pay against this item by entering the voucher number in the redemm code box, its not best value to do so.
Your Voucher against these flowers is only worth face value - i.e £22.50 worth of vouchers = £22.50 spend. However, if you use them against a clubcard deal as previously mentioned, £22.50 of vouchers could be worth 4x the amount i.e £90. You will neeed to apply for a deal though for them to be worth that much. As mentioned the clubcard website tells all! good Luck0 -
Just went to do this, put all my card details in but they don't accept electron cards."I expect to pass through this world but once. I had exactly the same problem, called them and still dont accept them, so paid with clubcard Plus over the phone.
Guy did mention that they should be accepting Electron and Solo soon on the website!0 -

Lynwen, Do you mean the whole thing about clubcard deals or just about buying these flowers?
For buying the flowers: To get the best money savings out of this you just buy the flowers from the Tesco site using "ordinary" money ( they take Credit cards and switch ). The 524 points you get will be credited to your clubcard.
If you pay for them with the clubcard vouchers ( the ones that get sent to you four times a year ) you'll lose the chance to get four times the value of the vouchers, because you only get four times the value for them if you don't spend them in Tesco. To get things at quarter price you need to spend the vouchers on clubcard deals ( like MFI furniture, holidays, meals, attraction tickets etc - there are loads of these in the Deals brochure, you can pick one up in Tesco or you can see what deals are on offer on the Tesco website ). If you spend the clubcard vouchers in Tesco ( either in the shop or online ) you only get the actual value of the vouchers.
There's an article on the main site here http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/cgi-bin/viewnews.cgi?newsid1150365239,54619,#tesco which says about the advantages of using the points to buy deals instead of spending instore. Once you've done it once it's really simple, it just sounds complicated to start with.0 -
ok Rosy, so the best thing for me to do is keep these vouchers that I get in the post?? untill I get a good amount, then I send them away to get the deals they offer??0
