OMG I cannot believe how much house you can get for £220K outside of London. That thing would cost about £1.5M if it was within Zone 3.0

And by the way it's probably not such a bad thing having an air raid shelter in your back yard anyway. What with all the trouble in the world these days, who knows what's around the corner.0

And you can always fill it in if you need to I guess. Just get a concrete lorry and get them to pump it full of cement. Would make nice foundations for an extension, probably.0
