Yeah, notice they do something cute while the throw is half dragged off the sofa and the ohone lying askew on the side table. I could post cute moments with cats every five minutes, but there is mess in the back ground, so I don't !0

Sounds a bit like my kids!
I'm dealing with the big boys from HSBC this week, so won't be around!

I think this is a posh alert really .... it seems to be those who had expensive schooling that know about this and do it correctly.lostinrates wrote: »Fewer than......

No, it's not posh, it's correct. No more posh than apostrophe use or should have v should of' or loose and lose.
In fact, I would have thought you'd like it, its about correct use of language...and you have such a keen eye for that sort of thing.

By extention though...posh...I was taught to avoid the word nice. Ironic now, huh? And never to say pardon. I have to stop myself correcting my friends toddler who is being taught to say 'pardon' instead of 'excuse me' or similar. It doesn't matter, I recognise that, its just I would not use it. I might say 'I beg your pardon' haughtily when very, very cross.0
