You'd have to ask accounting .... what's a kitchen aid? Is it a man nekkid except a pinny? Sounds reasonable.... supplied with its own buns :)

I was thinking of the mixer thing, but will take your budget compromise instead. Thank you.

I am back after just over 2 weeks away and the thread has grown hugely. Could someone kindly bring me up to speed?

From this last page I can see LJ is away from the thread and send my best wishes for his safe return.

Hmm. This actually seems quite hard but i will try.

Lydia's ds is settling in brilliantly at school but she burnt her finger yesterday. Pn is getting her teeth into job hunting, and her LL is getting her teeth into Pn!s lifestyle choices, chewy.....is waiting for his new job to start and booked a weeks holiday to lay in bed (without gf, which i still do not understand) and eat carbs, misskool is not to cool for school because she is doing another course, nikkster is plugging away at completing her last one!, middymum (who is establishing herself as a regular) has applied for her midwifery course at some very food places but fears her two heads means she might be aiming too high, but we think she stands a good chance. Fc wants a shop again, but her husband really does not, viva is going to be busy for a while (i think she said that) wheezy said something about quarterly stuff again.

    Who have i missed?

    Who have i missed?

You and your 24K ceiling light? :)

For me, the highlight was PN setting off for a job interview with some sexy panty hold-up thingies and coming back with a hot pasty.

Oh flip. I forgot aboutvthat entirely. I have to plough back and find pn's lead on the bronze stuff and get to it.

you missed out the fact that wheezy set up a company to employ all of the NP, but that i have taken it over in a legal coup, and wheezy is now shuffling around the streets, dressed in rags, destitute. i'm paying lydia £250,000 a year to run it whilst i play golf. everyone else is on minimum wage, except PN who is paid in cake.

A company? I thought it was a politcal party or something.

I am not with it at all atm. (my cats btw think life is great, they are both snuggled into my left side making like chewy on his week off)

Whats does the company do? Do i want to work for it?

We don't do anything. We have a government grant under the new lending for small business scheme and all we do is be nice, bake cakes, play golf and every other day we do secret santa.

In that case, he needs to "work as a team". Buy a line for everybody .... take a photocopy of the ticket and give everybody a copy ... then if any line wins they all win a share... and he needn't worry any more about missing out.
