Having left school 5 short quick years ago, my input is that kids with "apies" are allowed to mix when good to do so, we are learned to understand about them. One part they did not like is an assembly one morning based on it and i think one or two got a bit emotional about it which is right enough, it was a bit thoughtless about how they would feel even though the teachers were only trying to do good.:eek:Living frugally at 24

I post here and have stopped my other Internet activity because of what's happened in my life in the past 18 months .... and once my head's back in the zone I will post less as I need to rebuild my derelict empire.... and once I get started I'll be OCD with that for large chunks of days at a time.0

Post on other boards?! I used to have time to post on this one but these days just following this thread is a full time job...
You, as a professional shopper, would enjoy the Elite 11+ thread on the grabbit board (though hidden on the "its gone" part). They have discovered some major Asda glitch and can't stop discussing it.
They get through 10,000 posts in a week, putting us to shame.
They also have a complicated forum etiquette code, depending on how you shop. If you over- exploit a glitch you are greedy for risky its exposure, if you post photos of your stash you are posing. However if you don't shop exploiting the glitches you are stupid for wasting money.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I volunteer to help get your forum questions answered and keep the forum running smoothly. Forum Ambassadors are not moderators and don't read every post. Just to point out, middle son is the aspie, youngest is the complex autistic...an absolute world of difference between the two and how they react to differing situations. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

I don't bother reading the relationships board anymore as I have already learnt that all men are lazy, alcoholic, selfish, good for nothing, workshy, jobless, thieving, insecure and possessive. There is nothing more it can teach me.0 -

One whose eyes leak and who growls a lot, bites you a lot but not hard because it hurts his gums, not because he doesn't mean it. Old people ( or single women, disappointed they never got married and had children) often have this sort of dog.
Now chewy darling, you know i don't mean it much, have a biscuit, there is a good little man.
If in doubt, smile and nod. Not just at chewy. Ut at people on the relationship forum too.

I take it all back - I am not really a professional shopper at all, clearly still an amateur.
In my defense Teco and Asda are annoyingly far away and I did split my Sains trolley on Sunday to make sure /I was over £60 for the petrol voucher but also had my sains branded discount in one transaction and my full price in sains but half price/bogof in tesco in a second.
I know this is no cheaper than shopping in both stores but it is certainly a darn sight more convenient.I think....0 -

I have absolutely no idea what any of this means. Please can you explain what it is and what benefit accrues to you for doing this?0 -

Poor Spirit! You were up at 4AM worrying about Michaels' post.
It seems to be something about how he partially optimised his supermarket shopping, at the expense of sub-optimal use of his time. There's no point learning the details, because the offers will have changed next week. So, this all requires an enormous amount of study to keep on top of the game, although it seems to give a great deal of satisfaction to the people involved. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0
