Good, thanks viva. My lovely DS is home from uni and has just cooked my dinner. :)

    Hope you're well.

Ooohhh.... That sounds good! I am home alone atm as DH away for work. I am having a girly TV night, however dinner will be much less appetising as it will go ping in about 2 mins from now.

Good to have you back btw.
Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Parent cooked mine, which means I cooked it but in a higher stress situation. :rotfl: Parent did take it out of the oven alone though. I have decided having a parent is a bit like having a teen about the place. On the other hand teens don't buy you dishwashers very often:D

No dishwashers bought but some time having to cater for himself has taught him to be a very handy cook and much appreciated at the end of a long day's work.

Sadly, it's only for a few more weeks though. :(

ME too please - we can even be particularly messy for a week before you come if that would help ;) Your adopted god daughter would be pleased to see you too.
Top tip: don't ever invite me round.... I'll develop an irrational desire to clean something.... not everything, just one thing will be making me chomp at the bit.

Viva - good to have you back in the land of the wired - Devon was hard work in this regard as broadband only worked half the time and there is no mobile signal.

Seeing bits go up is nice, brick work especially seems to go very quickly which is satisfying although most of ours is breeze block as the outside is rendered which is aesthetically much less satisfying than the few engineering brick sections - only problem is when the walls are up it suddenly gets very dark as there is no power and the drab surfaces swallow all the light. Do you have any big bits of knock through to suffer or is it mostly all behind a door you can close?

Do you continue to improve LIR?
    I think....

Not sure michaels. Today was less good, but still better than before. No more of that bad side effect, though i have a new mildly amusing one for those arou d me as its surprising and makes me go 'ooh' when it happens atm. I am going to get the next lot of pills tomorrow and will find out if I am doubling the dose. Apparantly its possible to acclimatise to them reasonable swiftly and i can quadruple the amount i am taking now to an ultimate safe dose as i acclimatise. Problem is, they are one of those you cannot just stop taking.

I am not ill like i was at all, so I guess the answer is yes. Thank you for asking.

    Bless you treliac.

Its not the end of the world. Or even the end of mine just yet. :D. I am still a bit :( about lumbar puncture, and pity the poor medical staff in the room with me that day but its routine, people have them everyday and with more acute conditions than mine.

I have had NO MORE incidents of eyesight loss. At all. Thats really good news, Apart from i have to put the guide dog name on ice ( that was going to me MY Dog Ma)

Ooh, aren't lumbar punctures just awful? Do you get any sort of anaesthetic with them. I remember my dad having to have them, but that was many years ago.
