Beautiful website. I really want herringbone parquet like one of those bathrooms in my L-shaped house. And most of those baths too.

:) i love the parquet too. Wou

    Not sure.

Mauve squeaker is deeply asleep and having hunting dreams on my lap. I am going to move her, but mainly because i need to sleep soon.

I will find. I did ask here but it's too late for a coherent answer :o

    I would read.

I read the daughter of smoke and one this week and really enjoyed it. Not profound but the pans labyrinth comparison was fair.

I would read also. In the bath. I can kill hours in the bath. Ive had two today.

You don't get baths in little single hotel rooms :) or in most single accommodation, including studio flats... and even most 1-bed flats. It's really annoying!

I am glad I've got an en-suite room though... that's luxury for you! No door on it though....

Our ensite is 8x6.6 and has a walk in wet area shower with a side panel and a standalone both. The toilet is wall hng with a concealed cistern but I admit the basin is small and there is no bidet. As DG states, it only works with the door in the centre of the long side.
    I think....

I've not had the telly on.

Just crept out for my last cig.... that's one of the problems of not having your own place... creeping about late at night is a bit verboten.....

My whole room isn't a lot bigger than that. It's a big single, but it's about 10x7. I've certainly seen smaller singles (and smaller doubles to be fair).

How many baths do you want to have in your L-shaped house, Doozer?

The first one looks like a cross between a bidet and a drinking fountain.

Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

Light isn't good here for reading. I am north-facing, there are HUGE trees out the back ... and there are only low energy lightbulbs in here. I was online... that's like reading isn't it :)
As you can clearly read from a screen, why not pop over to the Saki site GDB posted a few days ago and read a short story- they're only a few minutes each.
Or for some non-fiction, try the Squashed Philosophers site and have an accelerated philosophy course.
