    Jeez.............

    That's scarey...

Last week, went to London for 2 days (about 450 round trip) Oxford 1 day (about 280), Bristol airport (120) plus assorted farting about........man it all adds up (not bad for £270 road tax :T)

    You live on Exmoor?

I'd love it, but not the carl. Audi 8 is the one my dad had all the trouble with, olus gives a terrible backseat ride ...great suspension, but it swings like being on the back of a bendy bus

Lovely place to live, but it has its drawbacks, too.

I thought you were having a parcel delivered. What's an E thing? An enema? The C thing could be a nasty illness, or someone delivering a chicken.

Oh, so that was exchange of contracts, with completion this week. Is it an A-thing to use initials then?

    Someone raised a biology question I couldn't answer.

Do big eggs produce big chickens and do big chickens lay bigger eggs? IYSWIM. Any smallholders in the thread know the answer? :o

I took dimwit #1 to Edinburgh University on Friday.

It was actually cheaper to fly up there with EasyJet than use the train......

......they wanted over £400 for 2
I started a thread way back about a friend moving there- might be some useful nuggets among the posts
