Ebay buyer saying she has paid - has anyone ever had this?

Hi,
My auction ended last Thursday and to all appearances it stated that the buyer hadn't paid (says "Buyer has not paid" on listing and my paypal balance is still £0.00)
Then on Saturday, she sent an email asking me to post it to an address. I sent one back asking nicely if she was planning to pay by paypal. I did not receive an answer so I sent another nice one on Sunday giving a "friendly reminder" that I the payment was still outstanding. She sent a curt one back saying "sorry I have paid for this by paypal". I sent one back explaining that I had definitely not received payment and something had obviously gone wrong and that she should check her paypal account. I also said if she no longer wanted the item to let me know and I would relist.
Then today I got a quite aggressive email saying she had paid and am I "calling (her) a liar?" and why would she not want the item when she has paid? Again, I sent one back saying I have screen shots of ebay saying that the item was still awaiting payment and of my paypal account on £0.00 balance with the last transaction of something I paid for on the 9th May (ebay wont allow attachments to mail so I am unable to send through there). I said of course I was not calling her a liar and that she should again check her paypal to ensure that the transaction was successful and her details were up to date. I checked mine and all seems ok - both cards are in date etc. I then suggested that she contact them for advice if the payment says it has gone through.
I can understand if she thinks she has paid that it is frustrating but I'm not about to send the item out if I haven't been paid either - which I definitely haven't.
Has anyone else had this? Could it be a problem with her paypal?
Any (kind) advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Double check your listing to see that the correct email address has gone into the Paypal payment section - if you mistyped it, then the payment will have gone to that email address, and will be showing to the buyer as payment awaiting claiming or words to that effect.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0

but even then saffsSW, as soon as she clicks pay, ragardless of what paypal address is used, ebay would show as item paid for...
sounds to me like she is at it. id give her a couple of days at most, then raise the non payment dispute.0 -
Thanks, where would this be on the listing I can't see it anywhere?0

Try to relist the item, just before you do you can edit and check it, by the payment details will be your email address for the paypal payment. Check what it says in there.
Also, email your buyer and ask if they can forward the paypal transaction id.0 -
I just did the live ebay help thing and they confirmed the item hasn't been paid for - it's just strange as she has good feedback for fast payment and I think she has made a mistake. However, she has been buying for a while so it's strange for her to make that mistake.0

Did you check your listing. She may have paid you but you may have put the wrong email on the listing.0

Yes but surely payments would not go through and money taken from her account if it went to some random or invalid email account? I havent changed any of my details since the last time I sold something. I will go and check anyway. thanks0

The payment will go wherever the seller directed the listing to go.
Check your listing, if it is correct, then that's fine. But if it isn't the payment will be sitting unclaimed but the buyer will think they have paid you.0 -
I checked and the email is correct :-)0

and again as i said above, if it had been paid, to the right address or not, it would STILL show as item paid for on ebay, and ebay would also see it as paid.0
