Claims Handler instead of insurance company?

I will try my best to claim myself. I may need further support with it though as I am slightly hopeless when it come to cars/insurance lol
This is not a straightforward claim from what you have told us in the various threads you have currently running (car a write off/third party are near neighbours you don't want to come face to face with/third party driver using parent's car when not covered to do so/need replacement urgently to keep your job etc), and you may need your own representative to handle things for you now.
(And your own insurer would be using a claim handler were you to put it through them! So don't feel bad about using one yourself - you are the innocent in all this)0 -
Think you need to contact the third party insurer asap. They maybe able to sort everything out including alternative transport. Dont think any lawyers will be interested as there is no injury. Parked car cases can still be a problem if the other party says it was not their car that damaged yours.0

The police were called to the accident so they can not say it was not there car. I also have a photo of my car form the day before showing the car in perfect condition (also has the little girl pulling faces through the window lol) It will have also been captured on CCTV about 15 min before in perfect condition in a car parkCrazy unorganised mum in need of help!

I am sure you can show your vehicle was damaged in the car park but you need to be able to show it was the vehicle you say. CCTV may well help if the other party is trying to avoid liability.0
