I remember not long ago go into a Building Society and taking out £50.
Anyhow later on got a call saying the cashier saying she had mistakingly given me £200 and wanted the £150 back!!!!!
I didnt have £200 I had £50 and had to argue the case,.,,,,
I was really disturbed they had made a mistake and thought they could recover it from me.
Pretty much told them to go away

My 2p worth - you know you paid in £1.50 - there must have been a reason for this - either to meet a pending transaction or pay an overdraft.
Your partner paying in £150 doesn't sound true and if so why rush out to withdraw it?0
