Good evening folks from a still warm and sunny NI:D

I had a very busy day at work and am therefore able to declare NSD13 for today please:beer:
LMH, I will look into the converse, although I'm not sure I'm convinced;)
Marmite, thank you, my back is on the mend and is much better today. I am hopeful of going back to the gym on Sunday, but will see how it goes:)
I'm for the Dentist again tomorrow, as the filling I got 3 weeks ago is playing up. I've no doubt I'll be charged again:mad:, but will ask why if I am:p, so don't expect tomorrow to be an NSD. We will see though.
I hope everyone else is well and send hugs to anyone who needs them:)
If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
