BISCIT/V21 user - Broadband won't connect!

Hi Everyone,
From about 8pm this evening, I have been unable to access the web via BISCIT/V21.
The BT Wholesale page cuts in before any page will load on Explorer.
Is anyone getting this?
What's the problem??
