I may suggest the process of being tasered to death by the RCMP at Vancouver airport would be rather more humiliating.

Should be WILL
Should be London Vancouver!
I was under the impression that if a British Citizen enters the US from Canada (overland) using the I94 form then re-enters Canada for a period not more than 30 days and then wishes to return to the US, (both overland) that person DOES NOT NEED to complete another I94W form.
So - again, depending on the travellers circumstances, they MAY have to fill in an I94 form!0 -
Not sure why putting your fingers on an electronic pad would be humiliating -but hey we all have our little phobias.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

I agree - but if you wish to enter a country, then you have to abide by their requirements - humiliating or otherwise.
I just wish our border controls were as stringent - but that's another story!0 -

I-94 is for visa holders, most people here use the VWP.
The circumstances discussed here are flying into Vancouver and travelling via the land border into the states.
Their are lots of ifs and buts, such as hey, I've got a visa, hey, I've got a NEXUS card etc etc etc etc but if you went into each and every scenario then each post would contain about 10000 words of exceptions, and that just doesn't work.
Examples would be
I flew into the States
I crossed the border in Mexico
I flew to canada (ontario)
I flew to Vancouver
I drove to Seattle
or
I flew into the States
I crossed the border in Mexico
I went to Belize
I went back to Mexico
I flew to canada (ontario)
I flew to Vancouver
I drove to Seattle
Both have different answers.
Or in your case, you may have handed your waiver in at the border, in which case you need another to enter the US.
But like I said the circumstances discussed here are flying into Vancouver and travelling via the land border into the states.
It also should be London to Vancouver, as London Vancouver isn't a place that I'm aware of.0 -

Errrrrr look at your post again.scottishperson2 wrote: »Virgin are now operating a london vancouver service 4 times weekly.
And the very reason I stated that people MAY have to fill in an I94 is to avoid all of the drivel posted above!
I94 is indeed for Visa holders, I94W is for travellers who come under the VWP - however, the same rules apply in respect of re-entry, but I do apologise profusely for missing the 'W' off the end - (twice).0 -

You would be absolutely stupid to go to canada on an i-94 from the US without advice. Seriously issues can arise visa wise.0
