Best S2 Deal NOT from Three?

Hi all,
My dad who's currently with 3 is dead set on getting the Samsung Galaxy S2.
3 currently are offering £29 a month on the One Plan (he needs more than 1000 minutes) but he doesn't want to stay with them due to their lack of loyalty. He's been with them for 10 years and hasn't been offered anything better than new customers.
Does anyone know what the best Galaxy S2 deal is currently from other networks (T-Mobile etc)

I think you stand no chance to get it for less than £29 p.m. with 1000+ minutes.
Join '3' as a new customer through quidco for £160 cashback (expires in 6 hours). Then port the number in two steps via another network.0 -
You dont mention what his requirements are but have a look here first then see if there is any quidco on top.
