    Apparently the route would be:

    Start/Finish line: The Mall
    Hyde Park Corner
    Park Lane
    Oxford Street
    Oxford Circus
    Regent Street
    Picadilly Circus
    Trafalgar Square
    Admiralty Arch
    back to the Mall

    Now im really confused

I'm guessing they are referring to a premier hotel on Park Lane, ie the Dorchester or something??

But if that is turn 4.... ?

Although there is no definitive answer to the questions posed, I agree with your map of the fantasy London GP track layout.

I can't see either how 'The Mall' could be ruled in.
Park Lane is where premier hotels are located e.g. The Grosvenor House, The Dorchester, The London Hilton.

Also the narrator in that video clip inadvertently made a goof by saying the British GP is June 6th to the 8th!
I think most people know the answer however, one correct entry being pulled from the sheer volume of entrants, you'd be better off doing the Lotto instead!
