my headphones are broken are they covered by the warrenty ?

with sony ericsson, the accessories (battery, charger, headphones etc) are covered for a year0

Probably covered by the manufactures warranty, but not the network.0

i bought it about 2 months ago i still have 12 month warrenty manufacteruers <-- cant spell errrmm one ear is cracking slightly i think the speaker has popped or something but the other ear is fine !

try cleaning the charging port on the bottom of the phone and see if that makes any difference. if not try the headphones in another phone and if they sound the same, try and get them swapped under warranty0
