Reliability of e2save.com

Hi all.

Just wandering if anyone has taken a mobile contract out with these guys and if so what their reliability is like, customer service, free gifts etc.

I'm due to renew my orange contract soon and after being stitched up both in the orange shop and through the telesales on 150 I'm looking elsewhere at the moment.

Views would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

There's a long thread abput e2save which if I can find it I'll bump it.

My own opinion is that I used to like e2save and recommended them to people, however my last few contracts, probably since Autumn last year have been a nightmare. To get my cashback on one I ended up having to file papers on them to get them to pay out.

As my own and my family contracts expire now I'm blagging deals with the contract companies rather than go anywhere near e2save.

Opinions, by their very nature, are subjective and will vary.

In my own experience, I had no problems - they paid the cashback exceptionally quickly on all three occasions.

Any advice that you receive from me is worth exactly what you paid for it. Not a penny more or a penny less.
  • Thanks guys.

New to the site and have since found a long thread on various phone companies.

Remember to go through Quidco to get some cash back for taking a contract by signing up online with them. ;)

If you read other threads alot of people have issues with them. My personal experience has been okay and have received all cashbacks from 4 contracts via them. You just need to follow the T&Cs and be prepared to chase them up. You should watch out for the following things:

    1) Reducing the offer (cashback) from what you ordered
    2) Forgetting auto cheque backs
    3) Confusing statements on which month to send your bills in eg always count the months from month ordered not number of bills received.

A little trick is to go via quidco and use the phonespot.com (Also cpw) which has 50 pounds for signing up online as they normally have the same offers. They use e2save (Also cpw) for furfilling orders and have the same cashback t&cs.
Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!

No problems with e2save. On the odd occasion ive had a problem they have been great about sorting it out. I would def recommend them.
