Best Mobile in NewZealand help, please
Hoping for advice - shall be six-seven weeks in New Zealand from mid-April and have 2 phones:
- my dear old mobile Nokia 3100, with a Tesco SIM.
- an unused VK530 and Tesco SIM card which I could change over, thanks to the FREE Code Unlockers on this site.
I will want to text France and England a fair bit during my absence - can these phones be used?
Should I buy a cheapie over there?

Should I buy a cheapie over there?
Ampersand, I can't comment on the phones you currently have but one of my friends is currently in NZ and he found it cheaper to buy a phone there. Cost him approx £30 plus sim card for about £5, Vodaphone network. It worked out cheaper for him to make calls home and also for other people to call him.
