Morning

Been feeling rubbish all week. This damn cold is doing my head in
. I have been taking it easy like a good girl though. Still feeling pretty rubbish though, although I don't seem to be coughing at night which is a bonus.
I finished all of the online mystery shops off, so I have requested a cheque for £33 (that's all they had approved in time) and the other £42 will come next month. I've also started that focus group and the fee has been put up to £125 as it takes longer each night than they thought.
OH is away all weekend on a stag do, so I'm going to really try and shift this cold. Early nights, dosing myself up etc. It's my sister's birthday tomorrow, so I am going round there in the evening as they're getting pizza
.
Nothing much else to report.

Afternoon all
Still not feeling 100%. Just not sleeping very well. Can't get rid of the night cough. Kind of written September off money making-wise. I'm not going to get too down on myself though as I have been ill for practically most of it.
I've been thinking of how I earn money every month. I can't rely on the questions to be my main source of income anymore, as they are drying up pretty badly. I think the company will go under next year to be honest.
So I thought if I could get at least 10 ways of making £100 a month and then if one of those was taken away from me, it wouldn't be too bad and I could find another way to replace it.
This means that I'm not going to repay much debt until I can get my income methods sorted and stable. I think it's a case of trying different things for a few months, making enough to ensure I can pay my bills and minimum on debts etc and then building up new ways of earning until I have some leftover to throw at the debts (if that makes sense).
So far, I have come up with:
Questions
Textbroker
Clickworker
Surveys - vouchers
Surveys - cash
Free bingo
Online mystery shopping
Mystery shopping
Quidco
I know that some of them look very unlikely to bring in £100 a month, but as I said it's going to be trial and error for a few months. I'm going to see how I get on with those during October and have a look around and see if there's anything else I can add.
Sorry if this post doesn't make any sense!! I'm only surviving on about 5 hours sleep a night at the moment, so I'm in a constant state of tiredness
.

Hello Emz,
Your plan sounds a really good idea. Not one main source of income but lots of ways of earning. I'm trying to think about what I have, but I think you've covered everything.
Do you do shop and scan? You only get vouchers, but they may be for shops you spend in normally so saving you using cash?
I hope you get better soon. It's rubbish feeling so poorly for a while.0 -

Hi MT
I did apply for Shop & Scan, but haven't heard anything.

Thanks Beccie and Lou :A. I'm feeling slightly better. Got a bit more sleep over the weekend, so not feeling like a zombie now.
Went out shopping with my sister this morning as she wanted to spend her birthday money. I was planning on spending nothing, but I got the shakes (I blame the 'borderline diabetes') so I had to buy a drink and some chocolate. It cost me £2.38 so I was not impressed. Next time I go food shopping, I'm going to buy myself a pack of juice cartons and some small packets of biscuits and will then carry one of each around with me so I can avoid being forced to spend that much next time.
I've been thinking of buying these from Amazon: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Earth-Softly-Washable-Cleansing-Bamboo/dp/B0026WHEDG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1349101046&sr=8-1
I go through a lot of cleansing pads, so thought maybe these would pay for themselves after a while. Although, does anyone know how I can make them myself? Would rather try and make them for free rather than spend some of my hard earned Amazon vouchers on them.
Just trying to look at where I can make savings at the moment. Don't want to have to spend money if I can possibly avoid it.

I've seen crochet patterns for making these, although have no idea whether they would be any good or not!
Other than that, I think you could sew them yourself quite easily. Although if you haven't got any fabric spare and have to buy it, it may work out just as good value to buy them ready made?Debt at LBM Apr 2010 £28,767 Debt free as of Nov 2013 :j0
