Thanks GRC :A.
Had an off-day healthwise today, so I have been a good girl and took it easy all day. Watched some films, the tennis and The Voice. Hoping I'll be back to my normal self tomorrow. Just part of the illness I'm afraid
.
On the bright side, staying in all day meant it was an NSD
.

Feeling much better today. I slept in until 8.30am, which is a miracle for me at the moment.
Have taken it easy again today though, just to give myself a break. Will start work again tomorrow.
NSD today

I am glad your feeling better, your allowed a day or two off and if its a NSD then thats a bonus!0 -
Morning all
Thought I would give you a little glimpse of breakfast in my world
That yogurt drink may look nice, but believe me it ain't
. However, it's worth 600 calories.
Anyway, feeling a whole lot better today, so back to work I go (well, working at home). Today I've got a couple of online MS jobs I want to complete and some other stuff, so better get my 'breakfast' finished and get on with it.
Have a lovely bank holiday everyone
.

Well done Andy Murray :T. You shut that French crowd right up - you don't get any booing at Wimbledon - naughty French people
.
Haven't finished those 2 MS jobs off yet, will get them done tomorrow. Looking like it will be an NSD and I have managed to get 2 songs on my iPod that I have been after for a while (free).
Think OH is on his way home, but haven't heard from him yet.

OH is driving me mad. Thank god he goes back to work tomorrow. He's in one of his 'sorting out' fazes and that usually means he makes more mess than when he started. Wish he'd stayed at his parents longer now.
Anyway, not an NSD today as I've just had to buy another goody bag for my phone (£10), although I have withdrawn £11 from a survey site to Paypal this morning and then withdrawn that to my bank account, so at least it's sort of paid for. Might have to get a bit of shopping later too.

Ha ha...your OH sounds just like mine! His 'sorting out' basically = moving the mess from room to room and not doing much with it!! Thankfully he is on shift today so i'm taking the opportunity to blitz the house.
Thanks for the 'breakfast' insight - in a weird way your picture makes it look attractive. Must be good with the camera!!!!! Can I ask what the nice pots behind are??? Typical me a sucker for pots, tins, jars...anything that looks pretty. I'm like it with stationary too - bit of a weirdo eh?! :rotfl:
How you getting on with the jobs? xx0 -
Thanks Choc
. The pots are tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. However, they are purely for guests, as I don't drink tea or coffee (obviously I use the biscuit one though
). Not sure where they came from, they were a gift from my mum when I moved out of home a few years ago (think she only gave them so she can have a cup of tea when she comes round!).
You're definitely not weird though. I love all 'housey' stuff like that - and stationary? I could spend a fortune on stationary. I especially love post-it notes and gel pens. Oh, and notebooks
.
Not gotten very far with the work today. I tried to do some this morning, but OH was bugging me with his 'sorting out'. So I've come round my mum's to get away from him. I dread to think what the flat will look like when I go home .
Good luck with your blitz. I'm going to have to try and get some done during the week when OH is at work.

Yay, a fellow stationary crazy person!!
Don't get me started on notebooks - hubby says I could have cleared my debt if I added up the total money spent on 'pretty' stationary :rotfl:
Hope you have a relaxing afternoon at your mums x0 -
Got home and, whilst the flat is not too bad, OH was asleep in bed. He has now woken up saying he has a migraine. Hope he doesn't go sick tomorrow. I really think it's just a headache, he does have a tendency to over exaggerate things from time to time.
Haven't done any food shopping. Really want to wait for those Luncheon vouchers to come through and see if I can get enough to last until next week. If the money I have can stay in my purse (around £6), I will be happy.
