Poor poor service & continual lies from vodafone

My mother always said if you cant say something nice say nothing.

So to ALL at VODAFONE i say NOTHING.

Waiting for a refund & have been informed will take 24 to 48 hours next it'll take 3-5 days or 5-7 days or 7-10 days.
Its all signed off, monies are waiting to go into your account blah blah
Well its now been 17 days & again im told another 7 days.........

This morning i was called at 9.32am asked to call my bank as the funds are waiting to arrive & the bank can speed up the process from some holding area|???
My bank says no such holding area, or anything exsists & that if a payment is pending then it will show.
i have spent the last 4 hours trying to contact the person who phoned this morning having his ext number, full name & town he is based in however as yet i can not get through.
