 It was not a reference to the specific clawback issue in contention here. More a general comment on our times cf: the financial crisis brought about by the monumental greed of bankers/financiers and the bonus culture.Quote:

 It is obvious, even to the casual reader, that the poster was referring to the dominating position held by the legal profession in influencing politics, not the actual percentage of MPs who are/were lawyers.Only 14% of MPs were formerly lawyers.
 Do you really believe average Joe Public has equal chance of influencing political decisions against the almighty weight of the legal lobby?The bankers stole my pension (and everyone else's). It should have earned a lot of money, but they took their bonus pot first.0
