Being chased by ex employer for repayment of study fees

Can't see what there is to challenge, the ex employer is just going through the motions to reclaim the money you agreed to pay.0

I think making contact and talking to them is important before they send it to the DCAs. Costs and charges will then build so quickly even you, an accounts person will be shocked.

As advised, it will take more than a signed bit of paper to obtain a CCJ.
