Back on topic my points didn't get added when I started my Tesco contract a few months ago,but one call and they sorted it out there and then. No hassle and pretty easily done

I agree, I missed it and thats my problem, it was the customer service (or lack of) which I take issue with.

This was the sales team I rung, even 3 have a pretty coherant sales team who will bend over backwards to pretend to offer deals which possibly don't even exist (as I found) and are more then happy to call you back if your considering buying from them or they know your looking for a contract full stop. This is where Tesco failed. They had said they'd call me back but didn't. The sales team are the initial point of service for most companies and if thats bad, you gotta wonder at the rest of the company!
